Each recipient of a donated vehicle from VRC is sponsored by his or her community. The sponsor will submit a need assessment on that persons behalf to be included on our recipients list of eligible donees. Please see the recipients document section of this website to find the guidelines for eligibility. Once included, our recipients will begin the process of registering and completing required educational sessions with a life coach that will address vehicle cost, maintenance, and financial planning to ensure a long term benefit with each donation.
Part of our mission is to improve community by creating self sufficiency. Each and every one of our recipients will receive a life changing commodity. The freedom of vehicle ownership will open many doors for our recipients. This self sufficiency will reduce the strain on community programs by reducing the need for assistance. We also hope to meet the need of vehicle donation within our community programs. Finding, purchasing, or repairing a vehicle for donation is a daunting task. We hope to free community programs' resources by producing a vehicle to serve their sponsored member while achieving higher purpose with our program. |

- Attendance to health related appointments resulting in healthier families
- Opens doors for higher education
- Opportunity for participation or children's participation in athletic activities
- Opportunity to participate or children's participation in music or art related activities
